What Women Look For

This is a list of the most important things women look for in men.  This list is not all-inclusive because women have different taste and types of men they prefer

1. Good personality - A positive and upbeat personality is very attractive to women.  Women do not like to be around men who are negative and complain about everything.  Women definitely enjoy being with men who are happy with a positive outlook on life.

2. Physical Appearance - Women like men who are in good physical shape and look healthy.  Women do not like men who are too skinny and do not like men who are too heavy.  Women like men who are physically fit and active. Women also prefer a neat appearance with good hygiene. A nice smile and clear skin are also important to women.  Bottom line, women like men who are well groomed.

3. Intelligence - Being educated and smart is a turn-on for women.  While it is important to show you are smart, women do not like a know-it-all. Make sure you are true to yourself and let your intelligence and knowledge shine through.

4. Sense of Humor - Women do not like men with a dry or boring personality.  Women like men to laugh at their jokes because it makes them feel good.  Show women you have a good sense of humor by making them laugh but remember to also laugh at their jokes so you do not hurt their feelings.

5. Good Job/Career- Men who have a full-time job and good career are very appealing to women.  Women want men who can support themselves financially so they are not dependent on the woman.  Having a good career shows that you are not using women for their money.

6. Good Listener - Women like men who are good listeners.  Women like to talk about themselves and want men who are interested in what they have to say.  Be sure to ask questions about her and be attentive to her answers. 

7. Responsible - Being on time, having a full-time job, paying your bills on time and being reliable is very important to women.  Women like men who are organized and on-the-ball.  Women do not like men who are always late, do not show up for a date when they are supposed to or forget to call them. 

8. Independence - Women do not like women who are clingy or needy.  Men should have their own friends to hang out with and should have hobbies/interests of their own.  Men should not want to spend every minute of the day with women and should show independence by giving them their space.

9. Confidence - Being confident is very attractive to women.  Women do not like men who doubt themselves or put themselves down.  Men who are confident in who they are are much more appealing to women than those who have a low self-esteem. 

10. Fun and Energetic - Women look for men who are fun to be with.  Women like men who are energetic and like to try new things.  Dating can be very boring if you always do the same thing.  Women like men who have fun no matter what they are doing. 

11. Emotional Stability - Women want men who are emotionally stable and are not up and down like a roller-coaster.  Women like to know what they are getting into and want men to make them feel safe.  Women prefer men who are level-headed and do not over-react.
